At MD Store, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.

• The item must be returned in its original packaging.

• Proof of purchase is required.

• Sale items

• Personalized or custom-made products

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
